Jonathan Miller talks about Bruce Lunsford
More from the hillbilly report. Does anyone else think its a bit early for the Governors race in Kentucky? Kentucky Politics being what they are I think we should let everyone run for 2 weeks before the vote day and thats it. Not 6 months, 12 months or more. You get to start campaigning on a monday and you stop on a monday. That it. Just my 2 1/2 cents.

I agree whole heartedly. Democracy is losing the battle against big money donors and a large part is these long elections. That is why I am hoping someone like Gatewood or Otis Henley make a big splash in the primary. They don’t spend the same kind of money. It is time we make a statement and vote for the ones that refuse the big money donors.

Is this guy kidding?
He claims that we must move beyond attack politics and proceeds with a litany of attacks against another potential Democratic candidate!? This whole press conference was a staged attack, and the fact that miller had the audacity to open it with a plea for moving beyond attacks is mindboggling.
not sure i will support lunsford, as the concerns mentioned are serious ones, but the one thing this press conference showed me is that i will NOT be supporting jonathan miller.
truly disgusting!

Look, someone had to ‘take one for the team’ and speak out on what is on so many Kentuckians’ minds concerning Lunsford. Lunsford is not the kind of person any citizen should want as their governor; if you can recall his past actions it is clear that he is far from a man for the people. However, for many Kentuckians their opinions are heavily influenced by commercials and, conveniently, Lunsford is able to shell out millions to splash a false image all over our televisions. Someone had to stand up so that Lunsford is not able to buy the Governor’s mansion. It’s not right to keep quiet when the public has a right to know that Lunsford’s character is not what it seems via the media and I’m not going to dog Miller for being the only candidate to stand up and bring this enlightening piece of information to the forefront.
