Kentucky Personnel Board Investigates
Michael Duncan is now being investigated by the Kentucky Personnel Board over his hiring.The Pol Watchers reports
The state Personnel Board voted 5-1 today to initiate an investigation into the hiring of Michael Duncan, the Transportation Cabinet’s former Chief Deputy Inspector General.
In an odd twist, the vote comes only a month after the board ruled Duncan was improperly fired in 2005 for political reasons and ordered him back to work. That ruling specifically stated that Duncan’s hiring was “not tainted nor preordained.”
